We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating, implementing, and analyzing campaigns to drive website traffic and increase brand awareness.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve ROI and KPIs.
- Lead the development of engaging content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate digital initiatives with overall marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and manage online reputation through review platforms and social media channels.
- Oversee digital marketing budget allocation and ensure cost-effective campaign management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices across various channels.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e. g. , Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) would be advantageous.
Qualification & Experience Required”
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
