Digital Sales Manager

Preference will be given to candidates who have led a team as a Manager
or ran their own digital business with complete responsibility.

Location: Gujarat (Travel Required Across Gujarat)

Experience: 3–4 Years (Agency side or Own Business Experience is Mandatory)

Role Objective

We are hiring a high-performing Digital Sales BDM who can drive digital revenue, lead an entire team, and operate with owner-level responsibility within the ALL division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Priority — Digital Sales Ownership
  • Bring consistent revenue across all digital services
  • Identify and convert quality leads to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing
  • Secondary Priority — Team & Office Leadership
  • Lead and control the entire ALL Office team
  • Monitor performance and ensure productivity across the department
  • Drive the office as if it’s your own business — ownership mindset
  • Keep the team positive, motivated, and accountable for deadlines & outputs
  • Provide strategic direction and internal culture leadership
  • Third Priority — Sales Performance Verification
  • Candidates must show proven past sales tracking for evaluation
  • Ensure alignment of your capability with our current revenue goals
  • Report updates on weekly achievements, pipeline, and forecast
  • Handle Gujarat-based travels for client meetings as required
  • Manage national leads (Pune, Delhi & Pan-India) virtually from Gujarat
  • Occasional national travel (all expenses covered by the company)

Mandatory Eligibility

  • 4+ years’ experience in Digital/IT Sales
  • Must be from Agency/IT business background
  • Proven documented sales achievement
  • Strong team handling and leadership experience Presentation, negotiation & business closure expertise
