Role Description

  1. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Sales Manager, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing digital advertising campaign strategies. Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities across agencies and direct brands.
  2. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Campaign Management, Content Studio) to ensure smooth execution.
  4. Track sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and maintain updated CRM records.
  5. Stay updated on digital advertising trends, competition, and ecosystem developments.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with media planners, digital buyers, and brand teams. Sell Fork Media’s ad solutions—including premium inventory, branded content, and tech-driven ad formats.
  7. Understand client objectives and propose effective media strategies to meet campaign goals.
  8. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Campaign Management, Content Studio) to ensure smooth execution.



Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management, effectively driving client relationships and achieving revenue goals.
  • 2–6 years of experience in digital media / ad sales (depending on designation).
  • Strong network within digital agencies & direct brands. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of digital advertising solutions (Display, Native, Programmatic, Branded Content, etc.).
  • Knowledge and expertise in Digital Media and Digital Marketing, with the ability to devise and implement digital advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
