Role Overview:

Digital Performance Marketer

You’ll manage advertising across multiple platforms, analyze performance data, and work closely with creative and sales teams to deliver powerful, growth-oriented marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns

   across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

2. Analyze and report campaign performance metrics

   (CPC, CTR, ROI, ROAS, conversions).

3. Conduct competitor and market research

   to identify growth opportunities.
4. Collaborate with

   design, content, and sales teams

   to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages.
5. Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure performance consistency.
6. Stay updated with the

   latest trends and tools in digital marketing

   to keep strategies innovative and effective.
7. Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and actionable insights for clients and management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
