We’re now scaling aggressively and building our digital marketing team to fuel our US growth in LabVIEW consulting. Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our inbound marketing efforts focused on the US market. You will be responsible for setting up and executing SEO strategies, managing Google Ads and LinkedIn marketing campaigns, and generating quality leads for our LabVIEW consulting services. This is a key individual contributor role reporting directly to the leadership team. You will play a crucial part in shaping our marketing engine. What you'll do: SEO & Website Optimization Drive keyword strategy & on-page SEO Perform keyword research and SEO audits Optimize website content and landing pages for conversions Monitor and improve organic traffic and lead conversions Google Ads Campaigns Plan, set up and manage PPC campaigns targeting the US market Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies Track performance and continuously optimize for CPL and ROI LinkedIn Marketing Create and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns (sponsored content, InMail, lead forms) Build and manage retargeting and lookalike audiences Build brand visibility & drive qualified B2B leads Analytics & Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Track KPIs: impressions, clicks, CTR, CPL, conversion rates Prepare weekly/monthly campaign reports and actionable insights Collaborate with Leadership Provide inputs for content, creatives, and website optimization Suggest improvements to customer journey and marketing automation What you'll need: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in: SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, B2B Lead Generation Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Campaign management from setup to performance optimization Landing page and conversion rate optimization Solid understanding of: B2B marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies Marketing KPIs and performance attribution Technical SEO and basic HTML is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly analytical, self-motivated, and process-oriented What you'll get: Opportunity to shape the marketing engine from ground up Exposure to global clients and campaigns (US market focus) Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with leadership visibility Competitive salary + performance incentives Show more Show less
