Location: Kochi, Kerala Type: Full-time About the Role As a Digital Marketing Executive at Eximso , you will be responsible for building and executing our digital marketing strategy to attract both B2C customers and B2B sellers globally. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and grow sales in the competitive cross-border e-commerce space. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing). Create and manage marketing calendars aligned with product launches, festivals, and global sales opportunities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 2. Content & Social Media Management Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube). Plan and run paid ad campaigns to reach targeted audiences in India and globally. Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and build brand loyalty. 3. SEO & Website Optimisation Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search ranking and increase website traffic. Work with designers/developers to optimise landing pages for better conversions. Track keyword rankings and improve site performance. 4. Performance Marketing & Analytics Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns. Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and insights. 5. Email & CRM Marketing Design and send newsletters, promotional emails, and automation sequences. Segment audiences for personalised campaigns. 6. Collaboration & Growth Initiatives Work with the sales team to generate leads from D2C brands, MSMEs, and exporters/importers. Coordinate with product teams to create marketing assets. Explore influencer marketing, partnerships, and PR opportunities. Skills & Requirements 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (startups/e-commerce preferred). Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ads platforms. Good communication skills and a creative mindset. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
