Your Core Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google & YouTube
• Use digital-first strategies to drive global client acquisition
• Monitor trends in digital marketing & implement them in real-time campaigns
• Handle client servicing, onboarding, and relationship management
• Create and present pitch decks, proposals, and media plans
• Work closely with internal creative and content teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (paid campaigns a must)
• Strong understanding of global digital trends and consumer behaviour
• Experience in B2B lead generation using paid + organic funnels
• Skilled in proposal writing, pitching, and converting leads
• Confident, proactive & result-oriented
• Based in Chennai and open to Work From Office (full-time)

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working with consumer brands, D2C, or lifestyle sectors
• Exposure to international markets or global digital campaigns
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, landing page builders, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms
• A proven track record in brand-led lead generation and conversion strategies
• Understanding of global audience behaviour, segmentation, and funnel optimisation
