We’re looking for someone who understands funnels, ads, automation, and copywriting, not just someone who can “run campaigns,” but someone who can drive revenue with smart strategy and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities


Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

• Manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads for leads and conversions

• Build/test audiences, creatives, and funnels

• Work efficiently with lean budgets while maintaining strong ROI

• Set up tracking, analytics, and remarketing systems


Copywriting & Communication

• Create persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, email flows, and WhatsApp campaigns

• Craft messaging for workshops, webinars, and launches

• Collaborate with design teams to build high-performing creatives


Automation & CRM (WATI, Pabbly, Zapier, Zoho)

• Build automated workflows across WhatsApp + Email

• Manage lead nurturing, segmentation, and CRM hygiene

• Implement integrations that improve conversion and retention


Organic & Low-Cost Growth Initiatives

• Support organic marketing across social platforms

• Optimise reels/short-form content and community engagement

• Execute low-cost tactics that complement paid campaigns

• Assist in influencer micro-collabs, lead magnets, and list-building


Strategy, Planning & Reporting

• Own the marketing calendar for events/workshops

• Deliver weekly performance insights and optimisation plans

• Propose experiments and new growth angles

• Align with leadership on core priorities and revenue goals


Required Skills & Qualifications


• Minimum 3–4 years of digital/performance marketing experience (preferably in a similar niche to Dr. Patni)

• Hands-on with Meta Ads + Google Ads with proven results

• Strong direct-response copywriting

• Experience with automation tools (WATI, Pabbly, Zapier, Zoho)

• Solid understanding of funnels, analytics, and tracking

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment
