Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
• Plan and monitor the company’s online presence on all relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Identify trends and insights to allocate marketing spend and maximize ROI.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and development) to create engaging and brand-aligned marketing materials.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and link-building strategies to improve website ranking.
• Plan and execute marketing automation and CRM email campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (depending on role level).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of website analytics and social media insights.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
