As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to bring in new clients and manage the negotiation process regarding sales, costs, deliveries, and specifications with both clients and business executives. You will also need to coordinate with the company to ensure the smooth tracking of order progress once a purchase is made. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: - Achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Actively prospecting for new business within assigned territories or accounts - Initiating sales opportunities by cold calling prospective clients - Assessing client needs and presenting suitable products, services, and solutions - Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships to encourage repeat business - Negotiating pricing and contracts to successfully close sales deals - Coordinating with internal teams to provide exceptional service to clients - Developing and delivering presentations, proposals, and sales contracts - Participating in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events - Analyzing sales data and activities to pinpoint areas for improvement - Serving as a key point of contact between customers and the company - Negotiating sales terms and agreements and finalizing sales with customers - Collecting market and customer information to determine customer needs - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving objections to facilitate purchases - Advising product developers on enhancements for upcoming product developments and discussing special promotions - Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding process - Inspecting inventory in stock and ensuring the quality of displayed products - Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations This role is a full-time, permanent position with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus.
