Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Management:Overseeing the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on the site, ensuring they follow plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
• Project Progress and Scheduling:Monitoring the progress of the project, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Safety Management:Ensuring the safety of all personnel on the site, implementing and enforcing safety regulations, and managing any potential hazards.
• Quality Control:Inspecting the work of the construction team to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Communication and Reporting:Communicating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, and reporting any issues or concerns.
• Material Management:Ensuring the proper procurement, storage, and use of construction materials.
• Problem-Solving:Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that may arise on the site.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Team Leadership:Motivating and guiding the construction team to ensure they work effectively and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Construction Processes and Safety Regulations: Understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues and make decisions based on available information.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials

Education: Civil Degree Holder/ Civil Engineer

Experience: 6-10 years

Open to relocate across India, as per requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹490,000.00 per year
