Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee day-to-day operations at our residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and driving project progress in residential real estate developments.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the workforce, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring the quality of work, and maintaining a safe and productive construction site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure that construction work is carried out according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work, progress, and adherence to building codes and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, labor, and materials used.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety checks and toolbox talks with the team.
• Monitor the progress of the construction work and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure the site is well-organized and that materials and equipment are readily available and properly stored.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Enforce site cleanliness and orderliness to create a safe and efficient working environment.
• Address any on-site conflicts or issues, providing leadership and support to the team to maintain morale and productivity.
• Liaise with the project manager to ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• 10- 15 years of hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in residential construction projects
• Experience in Aluform
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues on-site quickly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supervising residential high-rise or large-scale residential projects.
• Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA)
• Building Maintenance is plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
