Job Overview:

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in generating leads, understanding customer needs, and providing relevant property solutions. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth and ensure the seamless conversion of leads into prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, online portals, and cold calling.
• Customer Interaction: Understand client requirements and offer personalized property solutions tailored to their needs.
• Presentations & Demos: Deliver product presentations, site tours, and property demonstrations to prospects.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create and update sales materials, presentations, and brochures.
• Customer Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients to maintain relationships and close deals.
• Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, real estate sales, or a related role in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Good understanding of real estate markets, particularly in Pune.
• Experience in CRM tools and lead management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
