Job Description

Greetings!!

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre is looking for Site Supervisor for Bengaluru.

We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor with strong hands-on experience in Civil and MEP works to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Civil Works

Supervise civil construction activities including Interior, flooring and finishing works
Should have knowledge of AutoCAD
Monitor material usage, workmanship quality, and site safety

MEP Works

Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) activities
Coordinate installation of electrical wiring, panels, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and drainage systems
Ensure MEP works are integrated seamlessly with civil activities

Site Coordination & Monitoring

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
Daily site reporting including progress, manpower, and material status
Identify issues on-site and resolve them proactively
Ensure adherence to timelines and project schedules

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure quality standards and safety norms are followed at site
Conduct regular inspections and maintain checklists
Support inspections by consultants and statutory authorities

Preferred Profile

Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, retail, or diagnostic industries.
Exposure to interior fit-outs and finishing works is an advantage
Willingness to stay on-site and manage multiple contractors
