Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction and installation (especially high-end finishes) strictly follow architectural drawings and quality standards. On-Site Coordination: Direct and manage all subcontractors, labor, and material delivery schedules daily. Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations and ensure work meets all local building codes. Problem Solving: Proactively address and report site issues, coordinating resolutions with the Project Manager. Documentation: Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and documentation of work completed. Requirements: 2 years of site supervision experience (Interiors/Construction). Ability to read complex design/MEP/structural/working drawings. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Work Location: In person

What You Will Do Drive Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Generate Business: Identify, qualify, and secure new projects from. Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners. Lead the Cycle: Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead to contract negotiation and closing. What You Bring 3* years of proven sales experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction/Real Estate.* Exceptional ability to articulate the value of high-quality design services. Strong network within the local market. Proficiency in CRM management and sales forecasting. We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and excellent benefits.
