Interior Designer

As a Senior Interior Designer, you'll lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe spaces, while also supervising junior designers and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities:Project Management & Design:

• Lead and manage interior design projects: Oversee projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring all aspects are aligned with client needs and project goals.
• Develop design concepts: Create initial design concepts, including space planning, layout, color schemes, and material selections, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
• Prepare design drawings and specifications: Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications, for project execution.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless project coordination and integration.
• Manage project timelines and budgets: Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise junior designers: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior designers, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
• Client Communication and Relationship Management: Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in CAD software: Demonstrate expertise in using CAD software for creating and editing design drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations: Understand and apply relevant building codes and regulations to ensure project compliance.
• Material and product knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of various materials, finishes, and products used in interior design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills: Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
