Production Manager- Furniture

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of products.
• Team Leadership:Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and quality.
• Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process, ensuring products meet established standards.
• Process Improvement:Identify and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Resource Management:Manage inventory, materials, and equipment, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimizing waste.
• Cost Control:Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that products are produced within budget.
• Problem Solving:Identify and resolve production issues, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow and meet customer needs.
• Reporting:Prepare production reports, analyzing production data and providing insights to management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of production personnel.
• Production Management: Experience in production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Quality Control: Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials.
• Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a furniture production environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.

In essence, the Furniture Production Head is a key leader who plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the furniture production facility, ultimately contributing to the company's success.

Experience: 10-15 years in production

Education: Any graduate / Specific degree is preferred

Preference to people working with similar kind of brands into high-end luxury residential interior projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
