As a Digital marketing , you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and impactful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. By leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligning with organizational goals and target audience. Identify target markets, analyze competition, and conduct market research to optimize digital marketing efforts.
Manage website and online presence: Oversee the organization's website, ensuring its relevance, accuracy, and user-friendliness. Optimize website content, metadata, and user experience to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Regularly update and maintain website content and design.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns: Develop and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising. Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to improve conversion rates and return on investment (ROI).
Create and curate engaging content: Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and video marketing. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and align with brand voice and messaging strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics: Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness, website traffic, lead generation, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage social media presence: Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic. Create and schedule compelling social media content, manage community engagement, and track social media performance and trends.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry changes: Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques. Continually evaluate and recommend new digital marketing channels and approaches to enhance the organization's digital presence and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads or HubSpot certifications, are advantageous.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing campaigns across various channels and platforms.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools.
Strong understanding of leads generate, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing best practices.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling and engaging digital content.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate digital marketing strategies and results.
