Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, PPC, and public relations campaigns, to increase online presence and drive business growth.

SEO Management: Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels to achieve maximum ROI.

Public Relations (PR): Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong brand reputation and manage online PR activities.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and continuous improvement in skills and performance.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management: Allocate budgets across digital channels and optimize spending for the highest return on investment.

Market Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep strategies effective and competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Should have at least 3 years of experience in the marketing agency working with both international and domestic clients.

Proven experience working in a marketing agency.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,508.70 - ₹50,808.77 per month
