Social Media Marketing Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn to build brand identity. Handle customer queries and comments to build trust. 3. Lead Generation and CRM Use digital tools to collect and nurture leads. Integrate CRM systems to track customer journeys from online engagement to sale. 4. Performance Analytics Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and HubSpot to track campaign performance. Generate reports and suggest improvements to increase ROI. 5.
