Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: South Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ years About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all digital channels, including E-Commerce platforms, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Strategy, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation . You will be responsible for driving online traffic, enhancing brand presence, and increasing ROI across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Management Manage and optimize product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and the company’s own website. Collaborate with marketplaces for promotions and campaigns. Track and analyze sales data and inventory movement. SEO & SEM Plan and execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis. Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.). Social Media Management (SMM) Develop and manage content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Execute paid and organic campaigns to boost engagement and followers. Monitor social media trends and audience insights. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns via Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and email. Track and optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Utilize landing pages, funnels, and retargeting to maximize conversions. Content & Email Marketing Oversee content strategy for blogs, newsletters, and website. Plan and execute drip campaigns and marketing automation workflows. Monitor open rates, CTRs, and overall email performance. Analytics & Reporting Set up and monitor KPIs across all platforms. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM dashboards to track performance. Provide regular reports with actionable insights. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a D2C or eCommerce environment. Proven track record in managing paid campaigns, SEO, and performance marketing. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify/WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and marketing automation platforms.
