Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. 4. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design projects. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. 6. Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance on interaction design. 7. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
