About the Role

Were looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital growth — from performance campaigns to brand storytelling. You’ll lead multi-channel marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, Email, SEO, and Influencer Marketing, ensuring measurable ROI and brand consistency.

If you’ve built campaigns that drive conversions, boost engagement, and scale D2C revenue, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy

   — plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Meta Ads, and Email.

• Develop and manage the performance marketing calendar

   for festive & seasonal campaigns.

• Collaborate with creative, content, and agency partners

   to ensure impactful brand communication across digital touchpoints.
• Analyze key metrics (

  CPC, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rate

  ) and create actionable performance reports.
• Drive 

  SEO & content growth strategies

   to increase organic reach and keyword visibility.
• Manage 

  email automation (Klaviyo / Mailchimp)

   for retention, re-engagement, and lifecycle marketing.
• Research market trends, competitor benchmarks, and new growth channels.
