Position: Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Facebook Ads)

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

Location: Okhla Phase 3, South Delhi, New Delhi

Joining: Immediate joiner or as per notice period

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Meta / Facebook Advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and strategies to drive high-quality conversions for our D2C business - myUpchar Ayurveda and Sprowt. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to manage, optimize, and scale ad campaigns effectively. Ideal candidate should have experience running & scaling campaigns driving positive ROI.


Key Responsibilities


Google Ads Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across search, display, and Google Shopping. Deep knowledge of Google shopping feed optimization in the healthcare space preferred.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and manage ad budgets effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads Manager tools.


Facebook / Meta Advertising:

  • Create and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Design and implement retargeting campaigns to maximize ad effectiveness.


Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Present regular reports on ad spend, ROI, CTR, and other key metrics to stakeholders.


Strategy and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall business goals.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in digital marketing with a proven track record in Google Ads and social media ad management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling ad content.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in scaling D2C brands profitably preferred.
