Job Title: PPC Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven PPC Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and sales conversion. You will develop, track, and refine campaigns across multiple digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with overall business goals. Experience in running campaigns for the US market and B2B IT services is highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Plan and create PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms, setting clear performance goals.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize ongoing PPC campaigns for the US market, particularly focusing on B2B IT services, to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and ROI.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights, covering key metrics like clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing terms, ensuring effective targeting for both B2B and US market campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure PPC efforts align with broader marketing, sales, and business goals


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience running PPC campaigns, specifically in the US market and B2B IT services.
  • Proven track record of driving leads and sales through PPC advertising.

Skills :

  • Strong understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Experience running campaigns for the US market and in the B2B IT services sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to craft compelling ad copy, target the right audiences, and refine bidding strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other PPC/advertising tools (SEMrush, Word Stream, etc.).

Certifications:

  • Google Ads certification (preferred).
