About the Role:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, email, social media, etc.)
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms
• Analyze web traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and recommend improvements
• Create, curate, and optimize content for digital platforms including website, blogs, newsletters, and social media
• Monitor KPIs and report on ROI for digital marketing efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and analytically
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
