Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead comprehensive digital marketing initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate will excel in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and a wide range of marketing strategies to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. This full-time role involves crafting and executing campaigns tailored to various industries, leveraging data-driven insights to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Multi-Channel Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing to boost brand visibility and conversions.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
• Social Media Optimization (SMO): Enhance brand presence on platforms like Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest through organic content strategies and community engagement.
• Content Marketing: Develop engaging content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and social media posts, to attract and retain target audiences.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Social Media Advertising: Plan and manage paid social campaigns on Meta, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn, targeting specific demographics and industries.
• Influencer and Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and manage affiliate programs to expand brand reach and drive conversions.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep updated on emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies, including AI-driven marketing, programmatic ads, and video marketing trends.
• Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that align with Orbit’s growth objectives.
• Cross-Industry Campaigns: Tailor marketing strategies to appeal to diverse industries, such as e-commerce, education, technology, or hospitality, with a focus on Jaipur’s local market and national outreach.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
• Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SMO.
• Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes (e.g., increased traffic, leads, or conversions).
• Experience working across diverse industries, such as e-commerce, education, or technology, is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS for website optimization.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
