Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate BIM & 3D CAD Design Software Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to professionals and students in the AEC industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BIM and CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Sketchup, and 3DS Max) and a proven ability to teach complex technical concepts in an engaging and practical manner. This full-time role involves developing course content, delivering hands-on training, and supporting learners in mastering BIM workflows and 3D modeling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and conduct training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) on BIM and 3D CAD software, including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Sketchup, and other relevant tools.
• Customize Course Content: Design training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies, tailored to various skill levels (beginner to advanced) and industries (architecture, engineering, construction).
• Teach BIM Workflows: Instruct participants on BIM processes, including 3D modeling, clash detection, construction sequencing (4D BIM), cost estimation (5D BIM), and collaboration using platforms like BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Provide Hands-On Guidance: Facilitate practical workshops, guiding learners through real-world project simulations to apply BIM and CAD tools effectively.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in BIM and CAD software, industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Assess Learner Progress: Evaluate participant performance through quizzes, projects, and certifications, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Support Post-Training Needs: Offer follow-up support, answer technical questions, and provide resources to help learners apply skills on the job.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with instructional designers, project managers, and industry professionals to align training programs with client needs and organizational goals.
• Promote BIM Adoption: Advocate for the benefits of BIM and 3D CAD in improving project efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing collaboration across AEC teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience in BIM/CAD is acceptable.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience using BIM and 3D CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or ArchiCAD) in AEC projects.
• Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in BIM, CAD, or related technical fields.
• Familiarity with clash detection, 4D/5D BIM, and collaboration platforms like BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, 3DS Max, MicroStation).
• Knowledge of related tools like SketchUp, Rhino, Plan Swift, or Dynamo for Revit is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
