Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to promote our services, drive brand awareness, and engage with our target audience across various digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our online presence, running campaigns, and contributing to the growth of the company’s digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive business growth.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging content and posts to boost engagement and followers.
• SEO & SEM Optimization: Perform on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and optimization to enhance website ranking and performance.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, and email marketing, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking platforms to monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
• Research & Strategy: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, conduct competitor analysis, and provide insights to improve strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, content creators) to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Strong expertise in social media management and content creation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Canva, Photoshop, and other marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey creative ideas effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a digital marketing role or internship.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.
