This is a great opportunity for someone who’s creative, analytical, and hands-on with digital campaigns — while also confident in leading and collaborating with teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage AI-based growth hacking tools

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness
• Manage and scale paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Build and execute SEO/SEM/GEO strategies to increase website traffic and ranking
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
• Drive lead generation campaigns and track conversion funnels
• Analyze performance metrics across platforms and optimize for ROI
• Work with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and growth hacking techniques

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience

   in digital marketing / growth hacking
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, GEO social media ads, and analytics tools
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience in managing and motivating small teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
