Co.Evolve is on a mission to create happier, healthier workplaces by blending wellness, community, and innovation into everyday corporate culture. We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead brand, growth, and engagement strategies for our wellness ecosystem.

This role is not just about campaigns—it’s about shaping a movement. You’ll be responsible for positioning CO.EVOLVE as the go-to corporate wellness partner, building an aspirational lifestyle brand that inspires individuals and enterprises alike.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Brand Building

 • Define and execute a marketing strategy that positions CO.EVOLVE as a category leader in corporate wellness and mindful living.

 • Craft brand narratives around wellness, happiness, sound healing, and manifestation that resonate with HR leaders, CXOs, and employees.

 • Build a strong brand presence across B2B corporate partnerships and B2C wellness communities.

Corporate Partnerships & Growth

 • Design targeted campaigns for enterprise wellness programs in metro cities (India & global).

 • Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads from corporates, HR networks, and wellness decision-makers.

 • Create case studies, thought leadership, and employer-branding content that highlights corporate impact.

Digital & Community Engagement

 • Own digital growth across channels (social, SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, email, wellness podcasts, webinars).

 • Build a vibrant community of wellness advocates around the brand through events, retreats, and campaigns.

 • Partner with thought leaders, celebrities, and influencers in wellness, lifestyle, and corporate domains.

Product & Campaign Innovation

 • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new launches like apps, wellness challenges, sound healing modules, and corporate programs.

 • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing ROI across digital and offline channels.

 • Design viral campaigns that align with our vision: “Creating Happy Cultures.”

Leadership & Culture

 • Build and mentor a high-energy team across content, brand, growth, and partnerships.

 • Foster a culture of creativity, wellness, and impact within the marketing organization.

 • Manage budgets effectively and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

 • 5+ years of marketing experience, with proven success in B2B marketing and lifestyle/wellness branding.

 • Strong track record in driving growth through both corporate partnerships and digital-first campaigns.

 • Deep understanding of HR/Corporate ecosystems and their approach to employee wellness.

 • Creative brand storytelling combined with data-driven decision-making.

 • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

 • Passion for wellness, community-building, and purpose-driven brands.
