We are seeking a bright and creative-thinker who can develop and implement a marketing strategy for our company that can increase our awareness worldwide and increase job applications for our open positions. We need someone who can learn on his/her own and can create and implement a highly effective and engaging Marketing campaign with little to no direction.

Candidate Profile:

• We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Integrated Content and Design Specialist to join our team. This role combines the skills of content strategy, copywriting, graphic design, video production, and social media management.
• The successful candidate will be a creative powerhouse, capable of generating innovative content ideas and bringing them to life across various platforms.
• Broad skill set encompassing SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optimizing digital marketing efforts across various channels to drive traffic, engage audiences, and generate leads.
• This role requires a blend of technical and creative skills to optimize website content, manage pay- per-click campaigns, execute email marketing strategies, and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement holistic content strategies that align with our brand messaging and business objectives.
• Craft compelling written content, including articles, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
• Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency.
• Produce and edit video content, managing the entire production process from concept to completion.
• Manage and create content for our social media channels, driving engagement and building community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive message across all content and design elements.
• Analyze content and design performance, using insights to optimize future strategies.
• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve SERP rankings.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, ensuring budget efficiency and maximum ROI.
• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including segmentation, testing, and reporting.
• Analyze digital marketing data from various sources to identify trends, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, video production, and social media management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for storytelling.
• Strong design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
• Extensive knowledge of video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a flair for creativity and innovation.
• Hands on PHP, Html, Javascript and CSS
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio in SEO, PPC, Email, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics), PPC platforms (e.g.,Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A solid understanding of web design and development principles, with the ability to work closely with technical teams.
