Are you a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused professional? The Early Bells, Lok Vihar, Pitampura is looking for a Front Desk/Admission Counselor to be the welcoming face of our school! This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk/Admission Counselor. The responsibility will be handling interpersonal communication, customer service, sales, and educational tasks. Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills Ability to effectively communicate with parents and students Experience in sales, preferably in an educational setting Knowledge and understanding of the education system and admission processes Strong organizational and administrative skills Fluent in English Responsibilities: - Handling admission enquiries Enrollment of new children Enquiry generation and collection of Data. Ability to work well in a team environment Guide parents through the admission process & address their queries. Maintain student records, track admissions, and withdrawals. Handle incoming/outgoing calls, visitor management & administrative tasks. Maintain feedback records and report areas for improvement.
