Role Overview

We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Expert to spearhead our clients’ and internal social media efforts. You’ll design and execute platform-specific strategies, create viral-worthy content, and foster engaged communities. If you live and breathe Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms, this role is for you!

Ideal for: A creative storyteller with a knack for trends, analytics, and turning brands into social media powerhouses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
  • Develop platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create and schedule high-impact content (reels, carousels, stories, live sessions) tailored to audience behaviour and trends.
  • Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive targeted traffic and ROI.
  • Build and nurture online communities through proactive engagement (comments, DMs, partnerships).
  1. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce visually stunning, on-brand content.
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, and hashtags that align with brand voice and platform algorithms.
  • Experiment with trending formats (e.g., memes, UGC, influencer collaborations).
  1. Analytics & Optimization
  • Track KPIs (engagement rate, CTR, follower growth) using Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Report on campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
  1. Trendspotting & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and viral trends.
  • Test new features (e.g., Instagram Threads, TikTok Shop) and AI tools for content creation.
  1. Collaboration
  • Partner with SEO, email, and creative teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel campaigns.
  • Work with clients (if applicable) to align social strategies with their business goals.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Must-Have:
  • 2+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven success in growing organic followers, engagement, and sales via social platforms.
  • Expertise in paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google ad Campaign Manager).
  • Analytical mindset to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with influencer marketing or community management.
  • Certifications: Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy, HubSpot Social Media.
  • Basic video editing or graphic design skills.
