About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives and drive student engagement and enrollment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, and analytics, preferably with experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify and segment target audiences to optimize campaign reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, CPL, and conversion rates to guide campaign improvements.
• Lead content marketing initiatives including blogs, videos, email marketing, and social media.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
• Create engaging content and manage social media channels to enhance brand awareness and build an active student community.
• Monitor industry trends and audience interactions to improve digital engagement.
• Plan and launch targeted digital campaigns aimed at increasing student inquiries, applications, and conversions.
• Work closely with the admissions, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
• Generate regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education sector (edtech, universities, coaching institutes, etc.).
• Proven expertise in managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
