Job Description

We are seeking a smart, active, and talented Digital Marketing Specialist with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM), along with the drive to deliver results, think creatively, and stay ahead of digital trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to increase organic traffic and search engine visibility. Manage and grow brand presence across major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and more. Create, curate, and schedule engaging, platform-specific content to drive audience engagement. Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and social media insights. Design and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), optimizing for reach, engagement, and ROI. Work closely with designers and content creators to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns. Build and manage online communities and engage with followers to foster brand loyalty. Stay updated on digital marketing innovations, tools, and algorithm changes. Preferred Skills 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO and SMM, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Smart, proactive, and active team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Solid understanding of SEO principles, Google algorithm updates, and content optimization techniques. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Experience in running and optimizing paid ads across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Ability to multitask, think creatively, and solve problems effectively.
