Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes and a deep knowledge of the Odoo ERP system to manage full-cycle implementations. Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and translate them into Odoo functionalities. Conduct requirement analysis and gap analysis. Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.). Provide end-user training and post-implementation support. Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user manuals. Collaborate with technical teams for system customization and integration. Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules. Hands-on experience in client interaction and project coordination. Solid understanding of business processes across various industries. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Odoo certification is a plus.
