We are looking for a passionate and data-driven marketer to expand our digital footprint and connect our mission with a global audience. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a high-engagement social media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube/Reels) focused on spiritual wellness, product styling, and brand storytelling. SEO/SEM: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and implement organic SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page optimization) to drive targeted traffic to AnanthaLiving.com. Email Marketing: Design, write, and manage automated and campaign-based email sequences (e.g., welcome, abandon cart, new product launches) to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases. Content & Campaign Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to make data-backed recommendations. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work with the Web Developer to suggest and implement A/B tests on landing pages and product pages to improve conversion efficiency. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in spiritual wellness, ethical fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably for an E-commerce or Lifestyle brand. Expertise in managing paid campaigns across Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads. Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to capture the authentic, soulful tone of a spiritual brand. Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
