Key Responsibilities Safely deliver mattresses to customers, retailers, and distributors on time. Assist with installation/unpacking at customer locations when required. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Provide after-sales support, including small repairs, replacements, or adjustments. Maintain records of deliveries, returns, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the sales/production team to ensure accurate order fulfilment. Ensure delivery vehicle (if provided) is well-maintained and used responsibly. Requirements & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in delivery/logistics/customer support preferred. Valid driver’s license (2-wheeler/3-wheeler/LMV depending on operations). Strong communication and customer handling skills. Physically fit to lift/carry mattresses safely.
