Data Entry Opertor / Office Admin

Key Responsibilities:Data Entry & Online Submissions Enter, verify, and manage accurate data in company systems and government portals. Prepare, upload, and submit applications, licenses, and tender documents on official websites. Maintain records of submitted tenders and follow-up communications. Ensure compliance with submission deadlines and document requirements. Assist in preparing technical and financial bid documents. Office Administration Manage day-to-day administrative operations, correspondence, and filing (digital & physical). Draft letters, prepare reports, and maintain official records. Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and service providers. Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and follow-up tasks. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Requirements:Proven experience in data entry and office administration (mandatory). Prior hands-on experience with government websites, online forms, and e-tender submissions. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong typing speed with accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Graduate or Diploma preferred (experience may be considered in place of formal qualification). Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in government e-procurement portals, tender filings, license renewals, or compliance-related submissions. Familiarity with handling official communications and documentation. Organized, proactive, and reliable team player.
