Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across all key channels. You will manage a team of specialists, oversee campaigns end to end, and ensure delivery of high-impact results for our clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve KPIs.
• Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Paid Advertising:

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Allocate budgets effectively and maximize ROI through continuous optimization.

SEO & Website Management:

• Oversee SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Manage website updates and ensure adherence to SEO best practices and UX standards.

Content & Social Media:

• Guide content development across blogs, social media, email, and websites.
• Supervise social media strategy and execution to grow engagement and audience reach.

Email Marketing:

• Plan and implement email campaigns, including list segmentation, content, and performance tracking.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Ads platforms, and other tools.
• Prepare monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
• Present strategies, performance updates, and recommendations.

Market Research & Innovation:

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
• Propose innovative ideas to improve performance and drive growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
• Proficiency in social media management across major platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar).
• Competence in Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage teams and collaborate across functions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and prior compensation and will be discussed during the interview process.
