Job Description

About Us:

We are a fast-growing, tech-driven company delivering innovative digital solutions for global markets. We're on the lookout for a Senior MERN Stack Developer who can lead end-to-end web application development, drive best practices in full-stack development, and work on exciting integrations like WhatsApp CRM (Meta WhatsApp Business API), payment gateways, and marketing automation tools with cloud deployment on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack)
Drive best practices in full-stack development
Design and integrate various APIs including:
Meta WhatsApp Business API
Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm, etc.)
Shipping APIs (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery)
Marketing & CRM APIs (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho)
SMS/OTP Verification APIs (Twilio, MSG91, etc.)
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Collaborate with UI/UX teams for responsive and modern interfaces
Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage Git workflows, and deploy on AWS
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and security

Requirements:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development
Proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, and modern front-end practices
Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (NoSQL)
Proven knowledge of REST API development, JWT/OAuth authentication, and microservices
Experience integrating third-party APIs (CRM, payment, shipping, communication)
Bonus skills: TypeScript, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
Understanding of DevOps workflows, performance tuning, and security best practices

Preferred Experience:

MERN Stack Development: 4+ years (Required)
React.js & Redux: 3+ years (Required)
Node.js & Express.js: 3+ years (Required)
MongoDB & NoSQL: 3+ years (Preferred)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month

Job Type: Full-time
