Job description – Digital Marketing Manager

Mode: Full Time, Work From Office

Experience: 3 - 5 Yrs


We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including search, social media, email, and web. You should have a strong understanding of online consumer behavior, performance marketing, and analytics, along with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends and technologies.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Plan and manage marketing campaigns across platforms (search, social, email, content, etc.)

Budget planning and ROI tracking


2. Campaign Execution

Oversee and optimize PPC (Google Ads), SEO, SEM, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns

Manage content marketing efforts including blogs, videos, and infographics

Supervise social media marketing across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

Handle influencer outreach and partnerships


3. Team & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with design, content, and development teams

Manage external agencies and freelancers

Lead, train, and mentor a team of digital marketing executives or interns


4. Analytics & Optimization

Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools

Monitor KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.)

Continuously improve strategies through A/B testing and user insights


5. Tools & Technology

Work with tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.

Automate workflows and set up marketing funnels


Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields

Experience

3 - 5 years in digital marketing roles

Proven track record of successful digital campaigns

Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus


Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics

Excellent communication and copywriting skills

Good grasp of web design, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and user journey

Data-driven decision-making ability
