About The Opportunity

A fast-growing B2B SaaS & cloud communications company operating in the customer experience (CX) and contact-centre technology sector. We build solutions that help businesses capture, qualify and convert leads while delivering measurable ROI across digital channels.We are hiring an on-site Digital Marketing Manager to own performance and brand-led demand generation from our Vasai office — a role for a hands-on marketer who can drive paid, organic and content programs to deliver pipeline and customer growth.Role & Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across search, social and display to maximise qualified leads and lower cost-per-lead.
  • Manage end-to-end SEO strategy—technical audits, on-page optimisation and content-led link-building to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Build and run content and email marketing programs that nurture prospects, support product launches and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Implement tracking, attribution and experimentation using GTM, GA4 and CRM integrations to improve campaign ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales, product and design to align messaging, landing pages and conversion funnels for faster pipeline velocity.
  • Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders to guide budget allocation and creative optimisation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Proven experience running paid search and social campaigns with measurable lead-generation outcomes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.
  • Working experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking and attribution.
  • Strong SEO background including technical audits, on-page optimisation and content strategy.
  • Practical experience integrating marketing activity with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and running email campaigns.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation on landing pages and funnels.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cloud communications / CX verticals.
  • Certification in Google Ads or GA4 and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience working on-site in a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing team.
