Job Overview:


Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  1. Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing. 
  • Ensure campaigns are data-driven and tailored to achieve specific KPIs.
  1. Team Leadership:

  • Assign tasks received from the Client Relationship Manager to team members.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct random quality checks, and ensure work meets the highest standards.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and provide targeted training to enhance their capabilities.
  1. Performance Analysis:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to recommend and implement optimizations for ongoing and future campaigns.
  1. Content Creation and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to produce compelling digital assets, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and website content.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging and optimized for digital platforms.
  1. Website Management:

  • Maintain and improve the company’s websites to ensure user-friendliness, technical reliability, and SEO compliance.
  1. Automation and CRM:

  • Utilize marketing automation software and CRM platforms to drive lead generation, segmentation, and nurturing campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise across various channels and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client engagement.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve objectives.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and performance tracking software.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, social media platforms, email, and content marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
