Client Relationship Manager Location: Meerut (Hybrid Work Mode) | Type: Full-time 🚀 Overview We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who thrives on building trust, managing communication, and ensuring client success. As the face of our company to international clients, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships, facilitating smooth project execution, and uncovering opportunities for growth. This role will report directly to the Head of Operations , ensuring strategic alignment across client delivery and internal execution. Once a sale is closed, the Client Relationship Manager takes over the client account from the Sales team and becomes the primary point of contact for onboarding and all future communication, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent client experience. The services promised to the client are delivered by our Operations or Digital Marketing team, under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to pass on client requirements and expectations with absolute clarity, while also collecting updates or addressing queries from the operations side, ensuring both sides stay in sync. Your ability to communicate clearly, think critically, and align internal teams with client needs will directly impact satisfaction, retention, and account expansion. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Set clear expectations with clients regarding the scope of work, estimated delivery timelines, and what success looks like, ensuring there is complete alignment before execution begins. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing ongoing communication with clarity, confidence, and empathy. Conduct regular virtual meetings (and occasional in-person meetings) with clients to share updates, address concerns, and align on goals. Understand each client’s objectives and challenges to offer strategic recommendations and proactive solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (especially Digital Marketing Managers) to delegate tasks and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Act quickly to resolve client issues , ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term retention. Monitor client sentiment and engagement, taking initiative to improve service delivery and resolve friction points. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client needs and business context. Create and present detailed performance reports and analysis that clearly showcase growth, highlight the impact of our work, and reinforce the value we deliver. Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing and client relationship management , continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table. 📊 Performance Indicators Success in this role will be measured by: Client retention and satisfaction Value from upsell/cross-sell opportunities Timely and successful project delivery Quality and effectiveness of reporting and client communication 📌 Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a digital marketing agency or tech-driven service environment Fluent in English (written and spoken) — must be confident in managing international clients Strong organizational and time management skills — ability to handle multiple projects without dropping the ball Proactive problem solver with a solution-first mindset and ownership attitude Emotionally intelligent communicator and natural relationship builder Open to learning, growth-focused, and aware of emerging digital trends Show more Show less
