Marketing Automation Specialist

As a Marketing Automation Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing automation processes using CRM tools like Kartra, Go High Level, ActiveCampaign, and others. Your primary role will entail creating and overseeing forms, emails, complex automation, surveys, webpages, SMS campaigns, and sales pipelines to efficiently convert leads into customers. By joining our dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of driving our marketing efforts through advanced automation techniques. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing forms to capture information from potential leads, developing personalized email campaigns to nurture leads, creating dynamic automations based on triggers and user behaviors, integrating surveys to gather customer feedback and enhance lead scoring, building optimized webpages for lead capture and engagement, setting up SMS campaigns for real-time updates and customer engagement, developing and maintaining sales pipelines to track and enhance the lead conversion process, and integrating CRM with various tools using APIs or similar techniques to streamline operations and enhance data flow. To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience with CRM tools like Kartra, Go High Level, and ActiveCampaign, a strong grasp of marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies, the ability to create and manage forms, emails, surveys, webpages, and SMS campaigns, experience with A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns, knowledge of conditional logic in form creation and survey integration with CRM data, excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills.,
