To strengthen our design team, were looking for a System Game Designer Intern who brings a strong mathematical mindset to gameplay systems. This role is perfect for someone who loves games, numbers, and spreadsheets, and wants to turn formulas and balance sheets into fun player experiences . What Youll Do Design and tune gameplay systems for hypercasual, casual, and mid-core games. Balance attributes and mechanics , including: Gun attributes (damage, accuracy, fire rate, recoil). Car attributes (speed, handling, boost, durability). Character attributes (strength, agility, stamina, abilities). Obstacle attributes (spawn rates, patterns, damage). Health systems (damage, regeneration, survivability). Build and maintain Google Sheets to calculate, test, and simulate difficulty progression, balancing, and scaling. Use formulas, conditional logic, and data models to ensure gameplay systems are fair, scalable, and adaptable. Work closely with the design team to create clear documentation of mechanics, difficulty curves, and balancing strategies. Participate in playtests , analyze results, and adjust tuning using data-driven insights. What You Bring A passion for both games and numbers , with the ability to think like a designer and analyze like a mathematician. Strong mathematical ability , especially in probability, scaling, and progression curves. Proficiency in Google Sheets (using formulas, organizing data). Interest in gameplay balance and difficulty design across hypercasual, casual, and mid-core games. Analytical mindset to approach gameplay as a system of interconnected variables .
