Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in running Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, proactive, and can confidently drive measurable brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across

    Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram

    , and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to improve traffic, lead generation, and sales.
  • Work closely with the creative team to design compelling ad visuals and copy.
  • Manage budgets, forecast performance, and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s online presence through performance marketing and digital strategy.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising.
  • Proven track record of running and optimizing

    Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads

    .
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and growth strategies.
  • Experience with tools such as

    Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager

    , and keyword planning tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
  • Basic graphic design/video editing for ads is a plus.
  • Experience with remarketing and funnel-based advertising strategies.
