The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of B2B digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and generate qualified leads. Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and paid advertising campaigns. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (website, social media, email, blogs). Optimize the company website and landing pages for better user experience and conversions. Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Use CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track conversions. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities in the packaging industry. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media management. Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, SEMrush, or similar. Good understanding of content strategy and lead generation tactics. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience marketing engineering products or machinery. Basic knowledge of packaging machinery or industrial automation is an advantage.
